About R. H. Brown

Robert Hanbury Brown (1916–1884) served as inspector-general of irrigation, Lower Egypt, in the Late Royal Engineers. He is also the author of History of the Barrage at the Head of the Delta of Egypt and The Fayûm and Lake Mœris.
